Sterchi Elementary School 2008 Health & Wellness Fair

We were very pleased to participate in this years Health & Wellness Fair at Sterchi Elementary School.  Sensei Allan spoke about the values of Arnis and demonstrated various hand drills used within that system.  Sensei Walker spoke about the values of Isshin-Ryu Karate and martial arts in general.  Both spoke of the health benefits that go along with training in the martial arts.  Wayne and Hunter Palmer, both purple belts, assisted with breaking and performing kata for the students.  All-in-all we had about 75 students, in 4 separate sessions.  It was a very good day.
